There are multiple jobs around San Andreas that need doing. These include:
Taxi Driver
Vigilante
Fire Fighter
Paramedic
Delivering Trucks
Valet Parking (San Fierro)
Train Driver
Various Missions such as the BMX one with the red hoops
Burglerising houses
Courier
Quarry
Pimping
Stadium events/Racing
and Importing/Exporting Cars down at the docks in San Fierro.

These will get you a small amount of cash(10,000-200,000), but it might not be the amount your willing to go for.

A really easy method for money is Horse Betting. Horse betting can be found here. A smart method with horse betting is to Save before you go betting, so you dont lose every bet and end up being poor. It is easy to buy the house east to the betting place, as its quicker for saving/loading. Every bet contains different odds, the higher the odds, the higher your payout will be.
